Vincent Lim

Director

I hold a Masters in Counselling from HELP University and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Universiti Malaya-Wales. As a co-founder of two therapy centres—one established in 2018 and another in 2024—I serve as a clinical director, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

I am registered and licensed with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors, a clinical member of the Malaysian Marriage and Family Therapy Association, and a member of the Trauma Therapy Association of Malaysia. Additionally, I am a certified PREPARE-ENRICH facilitator for relationship and marriage programs.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer coaching and mentoring services, and relationship counselling through the PREP curriculum. I also deliver professional talks and workshops to corporate clients, including through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

With a belief in the potential for growth in every individual, I strive to support clients in overcoming challenges and trauma, guiding them towards healing and personal growth. Having initially pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons, Physics) at Universiti Sains Malaysia and enjoyed a successful 20-year career in the Semiconductor-Electronics manufacturing industry with multinational corporations like Intel, Hewlett-Packard/Agilent, Silterra Malaysia, and Infineon Technologies, I bring a unique perspective to my counselling practice.

Having grown up in Malaysia and attended national schools, I deeply value diversity and unity, and have volunteered extensively in non-profit organisations, focusing on youth, adults, and families. Married since 1995, I am fortunate to have two teenage children, Ryan (17) and Ryna (16). Outside of work, I enjoy piloting drones and watching wildlife documentaries
