Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy Model, I aim to empower you to develop self-awareness and gain insight into your life’s challenges. CBT is a well-researched approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, we can develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's stressors.

 

The Satir Model, on the other hand, focuses on improving communication and relationships within the family system. It emphasises personal growth and transformation, encouraging individuals to become more congruent in their interactions with others.

 

In our collaborative journey, we will work together to create personalised strategies and coping mechanisms that foster personal growth and resilience. Whether it's improving communication skills, enhancing emotional regulation, or building self-esteem, our work will be tailored to meet your unique needs and aspirations.
